You forgot to divide T by M_3 in your second step.

M_3 is 1 Kg though.

I found the problem! The bottom most pulley is NOT attached to M2 but to the wall. Therefore, the string becomes slack by 5(x1+x2) + x1 and not 6(x1+x2). Modified solution is attached but it would still be nice if someone confirms the answer: http://prntscr.com/3iexlc
