What kind of help do you need? The quadratic formula is useful when we have an equation in the (quadratic) form\[ax^2+bx+c=0\] Obtain your values of a, b and c from the given quadratic equation. Then substitute them into the quadratic formula:\[x=\frac{ -b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac} }{ 2a }\]

@kika98: Excuse me, but I do hope for some participation and effort on your part. I've given you just about all the info you need to solve this problem. If you don't understand my suggestions, why not ask questions, so that I'd know what you know and what you don't? If you ask others for help at this point, I'm afraid that shows you just want an answer instead of wanting to learn to use the quadratic formula.
