Well it depends on the persons taste in music. There is no such thing as a good or bad song according to the world who may listen to it. It would just depend on who would be reading or listening to it right then and there. Some may like it, some may not. You just have to write it and hope people would like it c:

the best thing to do at first is just do what is on your mind it dosent matter if people like it but if your trying to write a piece for an orchestra theres a whole other prosses for that but in reallity it all just comes from the heart not many people try to hard to create music for other people and thats where you will most likely fail and its usually hard to get back from there so for now try making things just for yourself trust me from experiance youll get resaults you would never expect to recive

If I were you, I would brainstorm first and write down ideas that you would want to put in the song first. Then I would put them in order and write them into lyrics. :)
