Not sure how to calculate capacitance of a tube axially inserted into another tube with water in the annular space. Read both pressure and application of a charge on tubes would affect capacitance but can't figure out how to calculate it.

The dielectric constant of water (relative permittivity) varies quite a bit with temperature (not sure about pressure) The area of overlap would probably best be taken as the area of the inner cylinder (2 pi r H)
