Explain, please, what you mean by "seventh grade math test."  If this is credit-bearing work, we can't help you.  If it's only practice, and you do not get a grade (other than satisfactory completion of assigned work), then by all means post your questions (one at a time).

How many scored 70-79?  80-89?  90-99?   Add those three counts together and then you'll know how many students scored 70 or better.

How many students scored 80-89?   Answer:
How many                            90-100?  Answer:   

Add those three counts together.  That's it.  that's the total number of students who scored 70 or better.
