Current is given by:\[I=\frac{ V }{R}\]where I is current; V is voltage; and R is resistance. So, in your circuit voltage is constant. Look at the equation I gave you and think about what happens to I when R is small compared to when R is large. You should be able to find your answer without calculating anything.
