for part b, A is 102.5x+90z=y for x<=4 and z>4.

c) requires that we graph a line y=102.5x from x=0 to x=4 with two closed circular endpoints then a line at y=90x from x=5 to x=infinity with two open endpoints. I hope that helps, this problem confused me.
