OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.0 x -10^9; you need to move the decimal point to the one's place i don't understand your other question sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. 10^-9 2.You move the number to either the numerator or denominator depending on where it originally was. The exponent becomes positive. The numbers originally on the denominator with negative exponents get moved to the numerator as positives and vice versa. Example: 4^-2 becomes 1/4^2 which is 1/16.
