PLEASE HELP. For triangle ABC, find the measure of AB given me∠ A = 55 degrees, m∠b= 44 degrees, and b=6 A. 45.22 B.96.68 C.88.19 Please show steps. or the formula at least.

Start by drawing and labeling your triangle.
|dw:1400019477346:dw| like this? Im not so sure.
|dw:1400019650579:dw|
@Luigi0210 ?
More like this actually |dw:1400019901822:dw|
Okay i see. what do i so next?
-do
Since we need to find side AB (aka c), we need to know what <C is, do you know how to solve for the missing angle?
180- (55+44)?
Luigi stop being slow D:
Sorry, I'm not good at multi-tasking. But \(180^○=55^○+44^○+c^○\)
So that's not how you do it? can you show me what to do?
and that's fine. it's just that im trying to get this done with asap.
All triangles have interiors whose angles add up to make \(180^○\). Add up the angles you know, then subtract them to find the remaining.
So \(55+44=99\) \(180-99=c\)
Wait i made a mistake! B= 68 not 6
that's basically what i said lui. 180- (55+44) = 180-99= 81. therefore c= 81
But I think we did something wrong, because I already know what's the correct answer. which is 96.68.
OS is missing up so bad! are you still with me?
Yea, sorry, just clarifying ._. But know we have |dw:1400021144960:dw| Now just use the law of sines to find c
Im kind of lost now..
Sin (81)?
noo thats wrong.. Dx
\(\Large \frac{c}{sin81^○}=\frac{6}{sin44^○}\) Multiply by sin81 \(\Large c=(sin 81^○)(\frac{6}{sin 44^○})\) That should give us the answer.. And those side lengths look really big..
I got 8.5 ...
So did I.
But are you sure those are the answer choices? Did you leave anything out? >.<
No i dont think i did.. It's written exactly like this: For triangle ABC, find the measure of AB given m∠ A = 55 degrees, m∠B= 44 degrees, and b =6
AB is written like this. if it makes a difference. with a line on top. |dw:1400022242022:dw|
