How many beats is it pur sec for your heart rate? @HelpBlahBlahBlah @WinryRockbell @amby @askme12345 @brandon1290 @CrazyCountryGirl @FaithSmith5 @Loujoelou @Niall @Skyz
Most adults have a resting heart rate of 60-100 beats per minute (bpm). The fitter you are, the lower your resting heart rate is likely to be. For example, athletes may have a resting heart rate of 40-60 bpm or lower.
does that help?

Everyone's' heart rate is different depending on their age. Set a timer and count your own bpm, no one can tell you your heart rate here but you.
idk how

Find the pulse on your neck, usually towards the side under your jawline. (For me at least) once you find your pulse set a timer and count the beats for a pull minute.
full*
it is going to fast i cant count it cuz it going to fast
It shouldn't be going too fast to where you can't count it.. calm yourself before trying to count it to get an accurate rate.
