Those planes are crop dusting. So A and B make to sense. Napalm is a gel that sets fire to whatever it gets dropped on. Agent Orange is a defoliant, kinda like weed spray. It was used in Vietnam to cut back some of the jungle growth and make it harder for the Vietcong to hide. I don't see any fires.
