I don't get 18 for FH.

if arc KI is 180, and JI is 84 then shouldnt arc KJ be 96?

To be fair, @mathstudent55, I kind of eyeballed FH and AE, because I have almost no clue how to find some of these measurements.

There are several rules you need to follow to find segment lengths, angle measures, and arc measures when you have a circle and tangents, secants and chords. They are not hard to use. This figure makes it look hard because there is so much stuff in it, but if you break it down into small pieces, it's not that bad.
