Which would be the most effective organizing principle for writing the history of World War II? A. France's role in the war B. major battles and outcomes C. major concentration camps D. world leaders of the time period Please help ! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can some one please help (:

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

France's role in World War II was not really what we remember about WWII. I don't really know about the battles and outcomes, either. Mouselini, Hitler, Stalin were VERY VERY important leaders in the War. Like literally, EVERYONE knows their names in History so, I would think it would be that answer choice. The times that they ruled, and what they did.

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

France definitely out of this though, so it's def not A. The concentration camps weren't built for that long INTO the war, they were built mostly later, WWII was still evolving at the time they built them and put them into a huge motion.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so could it possibly be world leaders of the time period? Should I try that one?

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

Major wars though, that's a tough one, because you have like the Hiroshima attack we did on Japan with the atomic bomb.

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

IT's either B or D i'll do more research.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay thank you !! (:

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

I'm sorry if i'm confusing you! I'm just working out the problem in my head!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think I should probably try B, I don't know though :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And no, your not confusing me, no worries (:

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

Okay, so like Wars ARE THE MOST efficient in keeping records, because it does explain what happened, who won, etc. The leaders, although VERY important I don't believe it would be that because it wouldn't really make sense I guess. SOOOOOO try Major Battles and Outcomes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that was correct (:!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!

OpenStudy (beatboxingfetus):

You're very welcome! I LOVE world war II so if you ever need help just ask me!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sounds good!! thank you
