Hello @Failing_kid_need_help - You can always meet, talk and make friends by using chat boxes provided at the bottom of the page. Click on the title of the subjects given there to chat with your friends / new ones. Also, if you will be nice to others in the chat boxes, your SS will increase too. So just stay nice and make friends.
