Help me figure out how to find zeroes in polynomial functions? *fan and medal*

I already have problems factoring my grouping, and I need to find the zeroes in this function: g(x)= x^3 - x^2 - 4x + 4 I know that I have to split the polynomial in half, but I don't know where to go from there.
