Not exactly sure what you need help with, but do you just want to know how to write the conclusion? It's telling you to add a transition phrase, so start your first sentence with something like: conclusively, in conclusion, in the end, so, etc. Then, your thesis in the first paragraph needs to be rephrased, so your main topic, to bring the essay to an end. Writing a clincher is just stating your facts in a conclusive voice, so it could be summarizing the supporting paragraphs in the three or four sentences. Make sure your grammar and whatnot are correct and interesting. End you conclusion with a conclusive sentence that sorta drills the fact into the person's head in an interesting way. If you have trouble with the phrase, just ask a question that sound awesome and makes the reader think about the essay...

It can be anything really, like a statement or statistic. But it's usually used as your first sentence in the essay, something to put the reader into a certain frame of mind. It is also the last sentence, and can be used to, again, put the reader into a certain frame of mind and think about your essay.

I had wrote earlier that your clincher can be a question, since it's always a good idea if the question is in-depth
