How to prevent a procedure from being accessed by procedures from another form? (In Visual Basics)

If you mean variables or functions then...set to private, by doing this, the procedure can only be accessed by that module/form and by no outside module/form.

Example) int color1; if set as global variable can be accessed by the module and others outside it whereas..... private int color1 is only accessible to the current module and no others outside.
