Yeah it does :) Imports are what are received, therefor China would be exporting to the US. So yes it does make sense :)
@chaser71 if the dollar is strong that means not that our economy is strong but that the dollar has a strong puchasing power. As a result the US will import more, becuase they can afford more foreign goods. At the same time US exports will decrease because now it is more expensive for foreigners to buy US made goods.
