I believe it is B because gaining control of your life can affect very large issues, while smaller things such as performing a physical activity (i.e. running or walking) will only help for a short time, thus not working for majour frustrations.

Well the correct answer is A. A person can't gain control of their life just by the snap of their fingers. Performing a physical activity keeps them from having tons of their frustration because it relieves them from the stress and from doing some irrational or something that they'd regret.

To an extent you're both right, if you can gain control of your life it would be the best thing to do, however if you can't performing a physical activity would be the best alternative
