i know the answer just need to know how to get it
\[\frac{ n-3 }{ (n+4)(n+1) }\]
\[\frac{ n-3 }{ n^2+6n+8 }\frac{ n+2 }{ n+1 } = \frac{ n-3 }{ (n+2)(n+3) }\frac{ n+2 }{ n+1 }=\frac{ n-3 }{(n+4)(n+1) }\]
