Help i don't know to explain how enzymes regulate biochemical reactions within a cell

There are many ways enzymes can regulate biochemical reactions. Mainly they can turn on and off other proteins by changing the shape of the protein. Special enzymes that are responsible for actually making the proteins can just make less (or stop making it) which will slow down whatever process the protein does. Lastly they can break down things in the cell like mRNA so that the cell does not make as much of everything.
