(4/5,1/5) x1 = 4/5 and y1 = 1/5
(1/2, 3/2) x2 = 1/2 and y2 = 3/2
now sub
slope(m) = (3/2 - 1/5) / (1/2 - 4/5)
slope(m) = (15/10 - 2/10) / (5/10 - 8/10)
slope(m) = (13/10) / (- 3/10)
slope(m) = (13/10) * (-10/3)
slope(m) = - 13/3

y = mx + b
slope(m) = -13/3
use either of your points (1/2,3/2)
3/2 = -13/3(1/2) + b
3/2 = -13/6 + b
3/2 + 13/6 = b
9/6 + 13/6 = b
22/6 = b
11/3 = b

so your equation is : y = -13/3x + 11/3
