She has gone to school in Paris, France; London, England; and Boise, Idaho. C. Ms. Davis, a well-known zoologist, spoke at the seminar; she didn't bring any animals. D. I think I saw your parents leaving the mall last night; they were in a light green minivan.

I'd say D, seeing as there doesn't need to be a comma before or after because. That being said, the sentence would sound better with a few "on"s
