As it is a point. The point cannot be the directrix nor can it be the axis of symmetry as they both are lines. Thus it can just be the focus or vertex. Do you know the formula for the vertex/tip of a parabola? \[(x,y) = (\frac{-b}{2a},c-\frac{b^2}{4a})\] Try putting in the values of (a,b,c) and see if they satisfy the equation.
