How do you write a formal outline for a research report? I have to write my essay on foxes and I have no clue what to do. Help!!!!!

Research foxes and there habitats and everything put the them in your own words and then sat similar information can be found at ........ what ever site u got it from and that is how it goes basically oh for the begging paragraph right what you'll be talking about and then extend it so it like 3-4 sentences long but keep it in context  and, the last one is a review kind of thing summary and that is it
