its my dad fault
he lied and said he was not on the porch when it happened but my two sister was in the house looking out the window when they heard gun shots and seen our brother in the street dead my dad was on the porch and he said he did not see nothing but he lied to everyone saying he did not see nothing i believe my sister more than anything because this is the third of our brothers to die

Nothing can really be blamed on anyone. Drive by shootings happen at random. They're not planned, nor can you really see it coming when it does. This does have nothing to do with OpenStudy, and should be kept in private. I'm sorry it happened.
