Algebra 2 help please??
The random variable, x, represents the number of dogs per household in a town with 1,000 households. Find the probability of randomly selecting a household with three dogs. Round the answer to the nearest hundredth. Dogs 0 1 2 3 Households 348 555 79 18
if you can give me the formula or answer or both it would be a HUGE help
There are 18 households with three dogs. The required probability is: number of households with three dogs -------------------------------- total number of households \[P=\frac{18}{1000}=you\ can\ calculate\]
