Trash and recycling what is a general description of the problem and how it is important worldwide??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it'll take a few minutes but I have found answers. I'll post them shortly.

Sorry this took a while to answer, i'm sick so I had to constantly stop and go blow my nose. Trash in any-other words when trash pollutes the water it ends up affecting plants, organisms living in the water. And then people go fishing, and they catch these affected fish or whatever they want and take them home and eat them and risk there entire family's health. Water pollution is a major global problem which requires ongoing evaluation and revision of water resource policy at all levels (international down to individual aquifers and wells). It has been suggested that it is the leading worldwide cause of deaths and diseases,[1][2] and that it accounts for the deaths of more than 14,000 people daily.[2] An estimated of 580 people in India die of water pollution related illness every day.[3] Around 90% the water in the cities of China is polluted,[4] and as of 2007, half a billion Chinese had no access to safe drinking water. But that's just water pollution. so worldwide it is important that people know just what trash can cause. hope that kind of helps you..

where did you get this information?

OpenStudy (deepika.comet):

trash is the unwanted material and recycling is the process of getting wanted material from the unwanted material. Recycling is very useful world wide for getting useful products from non degradable material which causes pollution and it continues as a cyclic process which will never leave the non degradable material in to soil. This stops pollution. ALL THE BEST.
