Ok, Genghis Khan is Mongolian, not  Chinese, so A is out. Silk Road developed in the Han Dynastry, pretty sure it wasn't physical, so that's out, Song Dynastry is before him I think... SO C is out. D is outright the answer, since he is Mongol and he united the tribes.
