Ok. You would have to understand how lines work when TANGENT from a specific point. Both JA and JB become tangent to the triangle, they must be equal to each other. This means that JA AND JB = 10, AL and CL = 23, and KC and KB are = 9. Adding up these line segments to get the triangles perimeter, we have 20 + 46 + 18, or 64
