briefly name and explain the function of enzymes used in replication of DNA.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Ok i am presuming that you are acquainted with the mechanism of replication Helicase-Unzipping DNA Gyrase- Prevents supercoiling of DNA RNA Polymerase (also called as Primase)- Formation of RNA primer DNA Ligase-Joining of Okazaki segments DNA Polymerase-Catalyse formation of new chain *DNA Polymerase is a group of enzymes like DNA Polymerase I, DNA Polymerase II, DNA Polymerase III. Among these DNA Polymerase III (also called as Replicase) is the most important and active one.
