It's not even an option. I did, 11.3 +12= 23.3. Then 23.3 - 203= 179.7. Incorrect as it is not an option.

area A+B = 1+2+2+3,  which means we are +2 heavy

area A+B-AnB = (1+2) + (2+3) - 2
