The graph below shows the number of new clients brought into Sunnydays Insurance Company. Why is the graph misleading? HINT: How is the info on the X and Y axis displayed?

The spacing of the x-axis is completely off. Between 1990 and 1991, there are "2 spaces" even though there is a 1-year difference. And between 1997 and 2003, there are again 2 spaces even though there is a 6-year difference
