HELP PLEASE!!!!

A. The skirt is half price, so you'd divide 42 by 2 to get the price she bought it at ($21) B. 90-31=59, so she has $59 left over (minus the sales tax) c. to get the regular price of the Tshirt you'd do the operation 31-21 which equals 10, and then, because it was 8 dollars off you'd add 8 dollars to find the original price ($18) D. I don't know the rate of the sales tax, so i don't know. I'm sorry
