Plug in r = 3 and solve for SA. Plug in r = 8 and solve for SA. Then compare them... basic algebra

The smaller SA should be 4(3)^2(pi) = 36pi The larger SA will be 4(8)^2(pi) = 256pi 36pi:256pi: 36:256 9:64
