Which explanation correctly solves this problem? Reggie was fixing his fence. At the end of the day, he had 13.5 feet of fence left over. During the day, he had used one 2.5-foot-long piece of fence, two 6.75-foot-long pieces, and one 12-foot-long piece. How many feet of fence did Reggie have at the beginning of the day? please explain

You just add up what he had remaining at the end of the day to what he used. 13.5+2.5+6.75+6.75+12 = 41.5
