What steps can you take to ensure a safe workout without program? What is DOMS? What causes it and how should it be treated? Explain the treatment plan known as R.I.C.E.
What is the difference between a muscle sprain and a strain? What is the difference between heat stroke and heat exhaustion? Why should you change your workout every 4-6 weeks? What types of changes can be made?
With the last one, you should probably change your exercise otherwise you will be allowing the muscles you are not working out to become weak. Also, you will be wearing down the bones that are moving the same way for a long period of time. An example would be retired tennis or baseball players usually having bad knees because they would constantly use them in the same positioning when they played. I'm not sure how specific you need this to be, but to change it up, you could use different machines at the gym then you usually do, you could learn stretches that stretch out different muscles that you are not used to, or you could just try different sports such as yoga that are meant to stretch you out. Hope this helped a bit! X)
