@SolomonZelman

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Do you see the large reflex angle AOD ?

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Small angle( AOD ) = 2 * (ACD) There is a property like that. Do you know that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh yes, I see now .... so 80 degrees therefore, 180-80 = 100 100+72 = 172 180-172 = 8

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Yep. Spot on!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have one more question ....

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

I permit thou to post thy question.

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

:P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find z and x (r u indian jst making sure)

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Yes.

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Same concept here too. lol, see if this helps.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really @jlg030597

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

See, from the same property that we used in our previous question, do you see why that corner over there on the right, would be half of x? It would be x/2 right? Because the central angle is x. Try to visualize it liek the previous case. That rule clearly states that the points should just be touching the circle, it does not state, in what way.
