Will give a medal and fan if someone can answer these five questions for me. It'd be a big help!
What is the difference between a muscle sprain and a strain? What is the difference between heat stroke and heat exhaustion? What steps can you take to ensure a safe workout without program? What is DOMS? What causes it and how should it be treated? Explain the treatment plan known as R.I.C.E.
1-Strains are injuries that affect muscles and tendons that attach muscles to bones directly, overstretching and over contracting can cause strains Sprains are injuries that affect ligaments, which attach bones to other bones directly, you can obtain a sprain from a fall or force that displaces the joint from its normal position 2-Heat Exhaustion: Heat exhaustion is caused by the loss of large amounts of fluid by sweating.Heat Stroke: Heat stroke occurs when the body's temperature rises rapidly, the sweating mechanism fails, and the body is unable to cool down 3-Make sure that you start with a five minute warm up period. Make sure that you are doing the right workout. Wear the appropriate clothing and most importantly make sure that you stay hydrated. 4-DOMS stands for delayed onset muscle soreness, it is caused from working out muscles and them developing small tears causing the muscle to grow. The only way to treat it is to let it pass the soreness will go away when the muscle heal. 5-RICE is an acronym to remind someone how to treat sprains and strains: Rest Ice Compression Elevate
