Why is the time difference between Miami Florida and Sydney Australia a 14 hour difference, I calculated it and got a 15 hour difference..?

I just googled the longitude locations of both and got 151° E for Sydney and 80° W for Florida. Added the two and divided by 15° because of 15°/hour and got 15 hours. But I just checked and time difference is 14 hours only?

Time zones are not strictly latitude and longitude based.  Also, there is the different in daylight savings time vs. not that can happen.
