Oh. You want it to the nearest integer. In this case sqrt(14) would be 3.XXX since it's less than 16.

sqrt(1) < sqrt(3) < sqrt(4).
1 < sqrt(3) < 2.

sqrt(36) < sqrt(45) < sqrt(49)
6 < sqrt(45) < 7.
