It's B

a. Determine the initial momentum of the running back. 82kg X 5.6 m/s 459 kgm/s b. Determine the final momentum of the running back. 82kg X 5.6 m/s 205kgm/s this is what i got

Seeing how its rather simple i dont think i did anything wrong just wanting to make sure

Momentum is given by:\[p=mv\]where p is momentum; m is mass; and v is velocity. Note that both momentum and velocity are vectors, so your answers will have to be vectors or have a direction, i.e. units of momentum in east direction or units of momentum in west direction.
