y=5x

you don't know the y-intercept (or the b in y=mx+b)
let's write that down also,

y=5x+b

You know that the line passes through (2,14)
so plug in your point to solve for b

y=5x+b
(14)=5(2)+b
14=10+b
b=4

hence you know the line,
y=5x+4
