OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the question

@helpout3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i see that ok we cannot just give you the answe

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can walk you threw it tho so to start what is the formula for finding the slope of something

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ik, I just need help understanding how to do this, cause Im having a hard time

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@helpout3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i relize that but you have to know the formula first

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, will you walk me through the formula please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks :) @helpout3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so the formula starts with Y2-Y1/x2-x1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So 4-2/9-9?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(X,Y) right so it would be 9-9/4-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And the answer to that would be -2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no 0/2 would be Zero so there is no slope to this line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the slope would be 0 or undefined correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh ok So We keep it set up like a fraction?
