find lim∆x->0 f(x+∆x)-f(x)/∆x for each of the functions.

f(x)=3x-2

f(x)= 1/x+3

f(x)=x^2-4x

I have no idea what to do or how to complete this if someone could explain how to do at least one of these it would be greatly appreciated!
