Hitler differed from rule Mussolini in that Hitler's rule was cold and calculated while Mussolini's was more exaggerated and flamboyant. Mussolini's extremely exaggerated hand gestures during his speeches, such that many saw him as a performing artist. Despite these differences, these two have both gone down in history as two of the most inhumane leaders.
