SPECIAL MEDALLION GOES TO THE BRILLIANT INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION CORRECTLY!!!! :D

OpenStudy (.th3_m0nst3r.):

The circulatory system works with which other body system to supply the body's cells with the nutrients they need? A. the respiratory system B. the digestive system C. the integumentary system D. the muscular system I think it is A, but I just want to make sure my answer is correct. (:

OpenStudy (.th3_m0nst3r.):

@mrdoldum is my answer correct? (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ug, another poorly worded question. @.TH3_M0NST3R. I don't think the mean oxygen when they say "nutrients" so I would answer B. How do we get our nutrients? We eat/drink, so some how those nutrients have to make it out of the digestive track and into the blood stream to be moved throughout the body.

OpenStudy (.th3_m0nst3r.):

Ohhhhh okay, makes sense now. :p Thanks again!!! @mrdoldum :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@.TH3_M0NST3R. Just to give you why I think this is a poor question—humans produce vitamin D in our skin when it is exposed to light. That vitamin D does have to make it out of the skin as well, so C is a legitimate answer. It is not what most people would think of and certainly not the most prominent method of nutrient acquisition in humans.

Ohhhh, I see!! Yeah, sometimes they word questions confusingly. cx
