Basically you are working on a project and no you have not submitted enough information in order for anyone to help you. You can't send people portions of a project with limited information and expect that someone would be able to help you. It's like sending someone the middle portion of a book and expecting them to know what happened at the beginning and the end without having that information.

I've observed students do this before and to be honest, it is a bit disturbing because what you have demonstrated is the fact that you didn't even realize that you haven't sent all of the information necessary for someone else to properly interpret the information in order to help you. In a way, it can also demonstrate how much you understand about the material you're working with. When asking for help with a project like this, either send all of the information you have or don't send anything at all because sending incomplete information will not allow anyone to be able to help you properly.
