For the line segment whose endpoints are L(0,1) and M(2,8), find the y value for the point located 3/5 the Distance from L to M. 5.2 3.5 4.8 1.6 Been stuck on this Question since forever! :( Please help me out!

5.2 First you calculate the slope, you have the angle between the line and the vertical line by tane Then use distance formula to get distance from L to M After that use sine(angel)*3/5*distance +1 to get y You graph (not necessary to get an exactly one) you will get what to do Hope it helps
