find a using the law of cosines \[a^2 = 7^2 + 11^2 - 2 \times 7 \times 11 \times \cos(51)\] then find the angle B using the law of sines \[\frac{\sin(B}{11} = \frac{\sin(51)}{a}\] hope it helps
